Our passion is helping others. With 25 years of combined experience in a law enforcement agency setting, we know supporting sworn and civilian members of first responder organizations in their efforts to maintain balance and personal well-being is essential. Developing well-being programs and resources for your employees and their families, implementing creative strategies for utilization, and validating programs through workforce feedback creates employee stability, a healthier workforce, and safer communities. Understanding the elements posed to first responders allows Responder 1 Institute to have planning sessions, assessments, implementations, and post-implementation reviews which are culturally competent.
